The magic of light

This week I had some LED downlights installed in some rooms that have been very dark for years, especially since the advent of fluoro lights that fade gradually until you can't stand it anymore. I can now see in the ...

... dining room,

... on the stairs,

both sides upstairs (now I can do patchwork at night),

...and in the study (though this was an accident).

It turns out that the wattage of the installed lights is the same or significantly less than the wattage used by the fluoro lights. Don't forget to admire my lights when you visit.
